Business as a collective experience: Andrew Blake at TEDxDetroit 2013

Andrew is a third generation orchardman farming a thousand acres of apples, fruits and vegetables in Armada, Michigan 30 miles north of Detroit. His family runs the iconic Blake's Cider Mill. Andrew recently started brewing his own hard cider under the name Blake's Hard Cider Company. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
