Big session from Monday(?)... Week 1 of Cycle 12 and it was my additional Pull / Push day which I incorporate into the Wendler 5/3/1 Split. I even through in some direct bicep work because well... YOLO and all that...
Pendlay rows I have reset my training max to 120kg mainly because I want to keep this as explosive as possible and lately I found the bar speed was pathetic.. I have not doubts the numbers will creep up fast as the food does... got 105kg x 7 on the 5+ set.
Next up, Bent Rows, worked up to 125kg x 5 felt pretty legit and then went for my rep out set which has been a mini challenge for me lately, last time I got 19 reps but this time I was trying out a product called Booost which is basically canned oxygen... going to be doing a featured review on this soon but in the meantime.. I got 22 reps!

Paused bench up next. On 107.5kg x 5 x 5 now, felt very strong on these, bar felt very light and speed was great. Happy.
Finished with some pull ups and bro curl supersets. Cos them guns need loving too...
