As I have explained how to brown out a home already, I thought I would describe the necessity of teamwork, it's a real drag to try and do it all yourself. I know because I have done many by myself. Stucco is excellent for extreme temperature changes too, such as snow, rain and even blistering heat waves. Stucco is also fire, mold and mildew resistant. Scratch coats are mixed at 1 part cement to 2-1/4 to 4 parts sand, brown coats are mixed at 1 part cement to 3 to 5 parts sand, and finish coats are 1 part cement to 1-1/2 to 3 parts sand.
