Broccoli Cheese Fritters - Easy & Quick Yummy Starter|Evening Snacks| Broccoli Kofta Recipe
Broccoli Cheese Fritters are so fast and easy to make and fluffy and delicious. They melt in your mouth. It is perfect quick snack and satisfy your cravings. Broccoli, Cheese and Potato is a grate combination. Fritters with tea or Coffee is a common evening snack during rainy season in India.
Broccoli Cheese Fritters - Easy & Quick Yummy Starter|Evening Snacks| Broccoli Kofta Recipe
Ingredients :-
1/2 cup Broccoli,
Potato
1/2 cup Cheese,
1/4 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs,
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida),
1 cup Milk,
1 tsp Chilli Flakes,
2 tbsp Butter
Salt to Taste
Procedure :-
Take Butter in pan and add Broccoli and little salt in it. Roast for 2-3 minutes. After roasting add All purpose Flour( Maida) and roast again for 1 minute. Add Milk and Chilli Flakes in the pan and cook till it becomes little thick. Then add Cheese and cook again till it becomes thicken. Switch off the stove. Now, add boiled Potato mix it well. Then add Fresh Bread Crumbs to the Potato mixture and mix well. Take mixture out from pan and cool it for 5 minutes. After cooling mixture completely apply oil on Pam and make small balls from the mixture. Roll all balls in Fresh Bread Crumbs. Fry in oil till it becomes golden brown. Serve with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney. Enjoy this Broccoli Cheese Fritters any time.
