(9 Feb 2020) A convoy of buses carrying evacuees from Wuhan in China arrived at a hotel in Milton Keynes on Sunday, where passengers will be quarantined for 14 days.
It comes after a flight chartered by the UK government from Wuhan, the centre of the epidemic of the deadly strain of virus, arrived at an RAF base on Sunday morning.
British officials said the flight brought back 105 British citizens and family members, 95 European citizens and family members, and 13 staff and medics.
The convoy of eight buses carrying the evacuees was accompanied by police and ambulance services.
