Brief RPCS3 P5 Test i7 7820x + GTX1080ti

Finished the game a few months ago on previous i7 6700k. Wanted to show performance on intel's x299 platform. It looks like my even cores carry the brunt of the load and my odd cores are at about half usage. CPU Affinity was set to all threads.
