Brahmaputra journey on Bamboo Raft

Looking back : The slowest journey Ever taken on River Brahamaputra. This Raft designed and made of Bamboo and Trahmochol to float and hardly traveled at a speed of 2 kms in one hour....a day long hard journey with artist from various background as crews had a unique and unforgettable and also scary experienc2. The boat men and crew did all it could to keep the boat moving for more that 10 hours....and finally while returning back to Guwahati from Sualkuchi...at night fall the raft could not move further against the water current and blowing wind and it got stuck in the middle of the river. Finally district administration came forward and we all were rescued. The brave journey was planned by artist Indrani Baruah from the US. Still ready for another journey......
