Borderlands TPS Gameplay - R9 290 + 8800GT Hybrid PhysX

Just a little stress test on the engine using my Hybrid PhysX setup. GPU seems stuck around 60% use max, PPU never goes above 50% use. CPU barely goes over 60%. Yet frames drop to 30fps. Bad engine is bad....
