Bolt Drawing - Bolt is Wolf

MUSIC - My computer only had a few songs, they were all christian music, it wasn't what I was going for. But still I like christian music, so I picked one out that I thought would go the best. Enjoy. This is a drawing of Bolt as he would be a wolf. It started out just like any other drawing of Bolt, but I thought I would change things up a bit. Now, I love wolves and I like Bolt too, and I thought I would combine some wolf with Bolt. I really like this drawing it came out great! about 5 hours or so into it. This idea came to me when I began to draw fur lines along his body. I didn't know how I would make the fur look real enough like wolf, or the ears. I had an image in my mind but I wanted to get it as good as I could draw it. So I brought up a picture of a wolf on the computer screen so I could look at his ears and fur detail. Then I started drawing away. When I first thought the drawing was finished I looked it over and I relized that the fur was too poofy and it made his body mass looked larger, and let's not forget Bolt is animated too so I didn't want to go too far with making him look like a wolf. the very beginning; just getting the head tilt right and the body form took me quite a few tries, with a lot of erasing. the video came out pretty well on the computer screen which I was hoping it wouldn't be too bright because I wanted it too show all the detail. Fortunately the drawing came out real good!! I'm really proud of myself because I got the fur to look great and the ears I got right my first try, Doing the ears was the most fun part!!
