Before that, it had already been used as the opening theme for the Anime series “Boku no Hero Academia” (僕のヒーローアカデミア, the English version is titled "My Hero Academia"), which started airing in April 2016. In the Anime series, Izuku Midoriya, a regular middle school student, lives in a world where many people have superpowers known as "Quirks”.
