Filmed live in front of a bunch of YouTube watchin' blues players... I stole this lick fair and square from EC and it comes from his intro to "Reconsider Baby" from "From The Cradle." It's a great slow blues lick, and it works great over a shuffle. Also, since it violates the "not starting on beat 1" rule, I'll show you how to make it not start on beat 1 if you wanted to use it in the middle of a solo.
