Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle Selling 50% Of Its Roster As DLC

It's part of a growing trend in "roster-based" games where fighting and sports titles are seeing just how far they can push the relegation of playable characters to DLC. And in a world where we've become so used to "GOTY" and "Complete" editions of games, I have to ask... why should anybody buy this game at launch?
