Blazblue Central Fiction 2.0 Patch Changes: Ragna and Naoto

Hey guys! With the announcement of Blazblue Central Fiction 2.0 and Blazblue Cross Tag Battle, we decided to do a series covering all of the character's changes for the upcoming update to BBCF in August! In this series we'll touch every character and talk about what changed for them, what we think about the changes, and how the changes might affect their placement on the tier list! Keep in mind, none of the changes are final and a lot were rough translations so somethings might not be fully accurate!
