As soon as the Panzer spawns, go to the Death Ray trap and activate it. Then he will be in the air for a short amount of time which lets you kill him. On high rounds I recommend using the Haymaker with Double tap 2.0 but even that can't kill the Panzer that easy. You will have to trap the Panzer in the Death Ray trap multiple times. So, trap the Panzer, shoot him, run away before he kicks your ass, go around the map, then repeat.
