BIKA AMBON PANDAN tanpa Santan
Loyang 18x18cm
400ml Air Rebusan Daun Pandan
3sdm Fiber Creme
2sdm Ekstrak Pandan
6sdm Air Hangat
1sdm Tepung Terigu
1sdm Gula Pasir
11g Ragu Instan
10 Kuning Telur
2 Telur Utuh
300g Gula
250g Tepung Tapioka
50g Tepung Terigu
1/2sdt Garam
1sdt Pasta Pandan
Catatan:
- Panaskan loyang yang sudah di olesi mentega/minyak di dalam oven
- Ketika loyang sudah panas, tuang adonan segera kedalam loyang hingga terdengar suara mendesis
- Panggang 170C dengan api bawah selama 30menit (buka sedikit tutup oven)
- Setelah 30menit, tutup rapat pintu oven dan lanjutkan memanggang selama 15-20menit hingga kecoklatan

PANDAN HONEYCOMB CAKE
Square Pan size 18x18cm
400ml Pandan Leaves Water
3tbsp Non-Dairy Creamer Powder
2tbsp Pandan leaves extract
6tbsp Warm Water
1tbsp Flour
1tbsp Sugar
11g Instant Yeast
10 Egg Yolks
2 Whole Egg
300g Sugar
250g Tapioca Starch
50g Flour
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Pandan paste
Notes
- Preheat the pan and grease it with oil / butter
- Pour the mixture immediately into the pan until you hear a hissing sound
- Bake 170C with bottom heat for 30 minutes (slightly open the oven lid)
- After 30 minutes, close the oven door and continue baking for 15-20 minutes until browned
