Big jolt to BJP in bypolls

The BJP has suffered a big jolt in the Vidhan Sabha bypolls held in 10 states. While the SP has won seven out of the 11 seats in Uttar Pradesh, it is leading in one seat. All these seats belonged to the BJP earlier. In Gujarat too, surprisingly BJP lost three of its strongholds to the Congress out of the nine seats.
