Big electrical storm in Pattaya

During 16-18 Sep, a low pressure cell downgraded from tropical depression “VAMCO” covers the lower Northeast, the Central and the East, and the intense southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand.
