Betty Broderick Trial Testimony

Actual footage of the real Betty Broderick at one of her two trials. First trial ended in a hung jury--case was re-tried a year later and she was found guilty of Second Degree murder and the judge sentenced her to consecutive 15 year sentences plus 2 years for illegal gun possession. The actual sentence is 30 years - life. Betty was denied Parole in 2010 and is eligible again in 3 years. She has been in prison now since 1989. Write California Gov. Jerry Brown if you feel 30 yrs is enough time served for the crimes and the 'to life' part should be removed from the sentence.
