Bettie Page Dark Angel (2004) Clip

"Of all the Bettie Page films, the "bondage" films had always intrigued me the most. Almost all of them have been lost (the few that still exist were released on the Cult Epics DVD: Bettie Page Bondage Queen), so I went through my photo collection of thousands of photographs of Bettie and found pictures taken during the filming of the Bettie Page bondage films, that no longer exist. My idea was to recreate six of these films on 16mm in the spirit of Irving Klaw, somewhat amateurish, with a sense of surrealism and humor to them, sometimes with only one photo as a reference." -Nico B www.cultepics.com www.nicobfilms.org
