This place is really the most authentic Japanese ramen noodle place I've tasted in Toronto. I am not sure if it's the best because some people aren't fans of the authentic ramen soup taste. The main ramen ingredients consist of pork-based broth, flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, bamboo shoots and green onions. Because the sliced pork usually comes with a layer of fat aka the pork belly, people could find it hard to swallow. Anyway, to me, this reminds me of my times in Japan and if you are ever out in Toronto and feeling hungry, give this a shot!
