One of the best parts of Christmas and the holiday season are the lights! In today's video, I list a few free and paid options for you and your family to experience Christmas light displays and experiences!
River Oaks (Houston)
One of my favorite places to tour lights during the holidays. Fun to walk around on foot as well as drive.
Pecan Grove (Richmond)
Tons of houses are decorated really well, and hayrides are common.
Zoo Lights at the Houston Zoo (Houston)
Through January 12, 2020
Millions of lights can be seen at the Houston Zoo. The event features a 100-foot-long infinity tunnel of light, 4D enchanted forest, giant ice dragon and a lot more!
Ice Land and Festival of Lights at Moody Gardens (Galveston)
Through Jan. 12, 2020
Huge landmarks made completely out of ice, plus a festival of lights, an ice rink, slide, holiday 3D films and more!
Sugar Land Holiday Lights (Sugar Land)
Through Jan. 5, 2020
3 million plus lights are used to make Constellation Field into a spectacular light display.
Trail of Lights at Dewberry Farm (Brookshire)
Through Dec. 29, 2019
Probably more normal in other states, but here you can cut-your-own Christmas tree! There's a Christmas Village to tour. You can take a wagon ride through the woods to see light displays and music. And you can even visit Santa for photos!
