Bentley vs the wall: A million yuan car crash

A dash cam footage from a car has captured the moment of a luxury Bentley car, worth over 3 million yuan (over 430,000 US dollars), sliding before slamming into a parking lot wall in southwest China’s Chongqing. The video shows the driver stepping out of the vehicle to swipe her car at an underground parking lot when the car skids despite her efforts to stop. The front of the car was seriously damaged after the mishap. Traffic police has blamed the incident on the driver. "Before getting out the car to swipe into the car park, the driver didn't shift into first gear but left the car in neutral instead, and she also didn't apply the handbrake. The car rolled forward and knocked into the wall," a local traffic police said. And while the damage of the car is still being determined, the driver has been asked to pay the repair of the parking lot’s wall as well.
