Bayelsa 2019: Preye Aganaba asks Court to void APC Gov Primary election result

A Governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress in Bayelsa, Preye Aganaba has asked a High Court sitting in Yenagoa to void the primary election purported to have held in Bayelsa on the 4th of September. The politician is in court to seek justice over what he calls an illegal and unconstitutional declaration of winner in an election that was never conducted.
