Battlefield 4 easy way to find out if someone is cheating/hacking

My reasoning is that a player with greater time invested in a game does not have a reason to cheat (skill progression over time). So if you come across a player who is very good, before spamming in the chat cheater/ hacker at the end of the round do the following steps like checking TIME that a person invested in a game.
