Battlefield 1 StutterField FIX

Heya everybody, BoreSight here. Today I’d like to show you guys how I managed to fix the terrible stuttering in both the single player and multiplayer halves of battlefield 1. You can do this by either using the in game console, or by creating a custom config file and saving it in the games installation directory.
