With watch tower you have to hold on to the watch towers in order to locate and easily get to enemy supplies before the enemy can. The down side is that the enemy can also get those supplies, and gets more stuff anyway. Company of Heroes 2's latest expansion adds a new campaign map in which you must fight the Battle at Ardenne. This was one of the most important battles in World War 2 and was a war fought with limited resources.
