Basketball Drills - Advanced ball handling / footwork

I've been taking video request from my Instagram followers & many of them requested good "ball handling, conditioning & footwork" drills... The drills in this video are ALL of those combined into one =) All ball players have a different or unique style of play, which makes the game beautiful... But hopefully some of these techniques can help you in your game. You will gain better balance & strength with the ball, ultimately giving you more control & confidence while dribbling in a real game situation!!!
