Badminton match men's singles from team-event Gentofte Badminton Klub vs. Dragør Badminton. Gentofte's 17-year old elite player Jacob Hjorth faced 45-year-old Gregers Schytt from Dragør Badminton. Both players delivered an impressive performance in this match. Gregers Schytt delivered a multitude of deceptions and trick-shots while the youngster, Jacob Hjorth, on-and-off demonstrated great tactics coupled with awesome speed and great shots. In the end, Jacob Hjorth Jensen won the third game and secured a win for himself and his Gentofte team. As an aside: kudos to Gregers Schytt for being a true badmintonman / sportsman / gentleman. At least once he applauded a point well played by his opponent. And he showed the courtesy of thanking junior badminton player Marie Viscovich - who helped the gents keep score. Gentofte Badminton Klub won the team-event against Dragør by a score of 13-0 and thereby retains the position as the number 1 placed in Danmarksserien pulje 5.
