It's been over a month since I had surgery on my right elbow for osteochondritis dissecans (OCD). It is supposed to be a long recovery, so at least I have 1 month of recovery out of the way. I'm back on the beam, but I can't put any weight on my arm for a couple more months. I am working on my turns and dance. Unstable defects typically require surgical intervention that involves fragment fixation, debridement, or reconstruction with an osteochondral autograft transfer. Follow me!
