Baader 212 Filleting machine for Alaska pollock

This machine has been developed for heading, gutting and filleting Alaska pollock from 37 to 55 cm in total length (=350-1500 gr) with high efficiency and yield. A roe extractor which is arranged above the tray belt of the heading section, is available as optional equipment. The machine manufactures both standard fillets and boneless products with a controlled pinbone cut. The computer controlled cutting tools in the heading and in the filleting section have been redesigned to achieve a maximum yield. This machine completed with heading and gutting units.
