B20V EG Civic Hatch Turbo Removal - Overheating Problems

The day has unfortunately arrived. The turbo was leaking oil internally and externally making a mess everywhere. The car had been overheating a lot in the past 2 years and now he's on the fence as to rebuild the turbo and remain boosted or keep it NA.
