DigInfo - http://movie.diginfo.tv MyCook Inc. exhibited the world's first automatic bread crumb roller to be equipped with an air blower at the 2008 International Food Machinery & Technology Exhibition (FOOMA). The main machine is comprised of several pieces of equipment that are connected together. It includes a battering device, a bread crumb supply device, and a breading device, and the whole system can be easily dismantled for washing and then easily reassembled. The system can also be connected to a conveyor driven deep fryer for a completely automated cooking process. Conventionally, the bread crumb coating process is done mostly by hand and requires a certain level of skill.
