www.atomat.com AT 710 EN CNC is a combined machine specially designed for the demand of the tool shops of the modern rolling mills. This machine is specialized in grinding and cut the notches on the Tungsten Carbide rolls of no twist finishing block. The advanced SIEMENS 840 D control, with hard disk and modem for remote assistance, is able to grant the maximum accuracy and flexibility to this new machine. The AT 710 EN can operate as a grinder both in contour and plunge grinding. When operated in contour the machine can perform all possible profiles basically with the same grinding wheel. The new ROLLWORK interface will allow easy managing of all the stored programs, and easy programming of new grooves.
