The Escape. You normally start right where you killed William so either run around the guards to the ladder or climb the wooden structure next to you and jump to it. You should be fine walking in low profile after the leap of faith as long as you keep your distance from guards and people. don't do anything to attract attention! like knocking down the stuff that guy was carrying!! lol i freaked out & blended instantly! luckily there were no guards near by.
