Assassin's Creed - Syndicate on R9 380 + i7-4790 (1080p Ultra Setting) 60FPS

I reupload again this gaming test for AC Syndicate because someone want me to give the real AC Syndicate FPS when no bottleneck happen in this GPU. I didn't know why but in my older system, the game was was lock @ 60 FPS but after upgrading, the FPS has been unlock. In this video, I use setting same like in my older video (you can check it here https://youtu.be/Jg3WK68j8FU). No tweak has been use except in game setting that you can see in this video. So, this the final result FPS that I get in my updated system.
