I was getting around 21-32 FPS (after tweaking) while recording. You will get more FPS when not recording. Updated my AMD graphics driver to the latest version i.e 16.12.1 (ReLive Edition) Overclocked gpu to 1200MHz, set memory clock to 1000MHz and power control to +20% before playing and tweaked it a bit using RadeonPro software for getting more FPS values.
