Assassin's Creed - Memory Block 4 Assassination Mission Abul Nuqoud, Damascus Merchant King

Set in the year 2012. Bartender Desmond Miles is kidnapped by the people at Abstergo Industries and forced into using the Animus which allows the user to relive genetic memories inherited from the person's ancestors. In Desmond's case he relives the experiences of his ancestor Altaïr ibn-La'Ahad who lived during the Great Crusades. Altair is part of ancient group known as the Assassin's Brotherhood who follow the Assassin's Creed a way of life consisting of three Tenets 1. Stay your from the flesh of an innocent 2. Hide in plain site 3. Never compromise the Brotherhood. Altair is the most skilled Assassin the Brotherhood at this time however his talents and past success have made him arrogant and self centered. During a mission where Altair is sent to stop Robert De Sablé grandmaster of the Templar Order the eternal enemy of the Assassin's from taking an artifact from a temple however Altair breaks all three tenets of the Creed and the mission ends in failure. This prompts an attack on the Assassin fortress of Masyaf by the Templar Order, the attack is repelled but Altair is blamed for the attack and for breaking the tenets of the Creed stripped of his rank and humiliated in front of the Brotherhood. Altair is then given a second chance to kill 9 men who threaten the future and stability of the Holy land during this mission Altair uncovers a conspiracy which could tip the balance of the Assassin Templar war in the Templar's favor and change the world forever...
