This video has been verrryyyy highly requested, and too be honest I was pretty hesitant in doing it. I guess because working out is more of a personal outlet for me &
I really don’t need people criticizing my physique ? or if they don’t like muscles etc, idk haha. Like I could talk about health/fitness & help people all day long, but when it comes to a long duration video of just me working out... idk it’s kind of weird lol. BUT I’m glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and hopefully inspired & helped you guys ?
At the beginning of the video I’m showing you the last half of my shoulder/bicep workout (at home). Sorry it’s the last half because I wasn’t even planning on recording it. It was pretty spontaneous haha, I was feeling good so I said screw it :) let’s film this for my faaaam ??
Later in the vid I went to the gym and had a killer high intensity cardio session ??? (stair master always)
