Learn the basics of arm knitting and complete your own super-soft, chunky cowl in less than an hour! This video is ideal for beginners -- all you need to get started are two skeins of yarn (and your arms!). It's definitely safer to arm knit straight through until you're done, but sometimes you just have to take a break! You can slide the loops carefully off your arm and onto a placeholder -- like a yardstick, a roll of gift wrap, or even another (long!) piece of yarn. Just be careful to slide the loops off and on in the same order, and don't miss one -- that's like dropping a stitch!
