The song is "Aristogeiton" from W. H. D. Rouse's "Chanties in Greek and Latin." Aristogeiton was one of the heroes of ancient Athens for his role in overthrowing a tyrant, and as such he was a symbol of democracy.
Text and Music available online.
The tune is a modified version of Le voi d'Yvetot.
Note on pronunciation:
I use the 'Living Koine' pronunciation developed and defended by Randall Buth (see http://www.biblicallanguagecenter.com/koine-greek-pronunciation/), which is clearly anachronistic since Rouse was intending to write in the Attic dialect.
