Arc Minerals agrees cash deal to sell Casa Mining for up to US$9.8mln

Arc Minerals' (LON:ARCM) Nick von Schirnding speaks to Proactive London's Andrew Scott after announcing they've agreed a deal to sell their entire 99.43% interest in Casa Mining to a Canadian private equity group. The deal's worth up to US$9.8m - final due diligence is being completed and is expected to close no later than 10 January 2019.
