Aquanox 2: Revelation ending (HD)

Aquanox 2's ending is epic, both in storyline and in its almost 10 minute length. The only problem, and it's a rather glaring problem, is that most of both the intro and ending have almost no relevance to what happens in the game. There is barely any tie-in. The intro sets you up for a great mystery and gets you genuinely interested in this strange new world. That mystery is never discussed during the course of the game and even after the end, the mystery is never explained. The game ends with even more questions. Questions that you truly want answered, it does an excellent job of leaving you wanting more. But the developer, Massive Development has since gone out of business. Tis a shame really, as it certainly sounded like the writers had a grand "revelation" in mind for the continuation of their story.
