(SLOVENSKI PREVOD SPODAJ)
Hello brothers and sisters of Slovenia. We are Anonymous. We are decentralized, non-violent resistance movement that seeks to restore the rule of law and fight back against the organized criminal class. As we are aware, the real terrorists known as the government continue to push for full domination and control of our Internet. They believe that it is acceptable to condition and enslave all of us. We are here to tell them -- they are wrong!
The day of our awakening is coming. Unlike them, we gave them opportunity of choice. Yet nothing happened. Only few subjects expressed their sorrow on Slovenia's signing controversial secret Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement or ACTA.
Slovenian Ambassador to Japan publicly apologized for signing ACTA agreement. She is excused, but not forgiven.
We say to them all: Regrets mean nothing. Action is needed! Withdraw your signatures, reject ACTA!
This is where we draw the line. This is when we leave our computers. This is when we take out our masks and defy the corrupt rule of law.
This is when we revolt. The time has come for you to accept the truth and join us in overthrowing yet another corrupt regime.
Citizens of Slovenia, join us on February 4th at Kongresni square (trg) in Ljubljana and at square (trg) Leona Štuklja in Maribor. Demand freedom for yourself and freedom for your brothers and sisters!
To Slovenian government officials who claimed on national TV they are not afraid of us, we say: Do not underestimate the power of the people. Do not underestimate the will of Slovenian people for freedom. Do not underestimate us.
We are Anonymous.
We are Legion.
We do not Forgive.
We do not Forget.
Expect us.
Operation ANTI ACTA SLOVENIA, engaged.

Helena Drnovsek Zorko, Slovenian Ambassador to Japan regrets her signature on ACTA agreement. Extracts of her letter to Slovenian public,
"I signed ACTA out of Civil negligence, because I wasn't careful enough. Quite simply I didn't link the agreement to which I was authorised to sign by the Government of Slovenia, with the agreement, which, I personaly believe restricts freedom of action taken on the biggest and most important network in the history of mankind and thus limits primarily future generations of our children.
First, I apologized to my two children. Then I tried to answer the people, who were amazed and horrified by my action. Due to large number of questions, I am answering publicly. I would like to apologize - I did perform my official duty, but I neglected my civic one. I do not know if as Ambassador i had a choice to reject my signature, but at least i should have tried. I did not. I didn't take the opportunity to fight for the right to conscientious objection of us, the bureaucrats."

PREVOD:
Pozdravljeni bratje in sestre Slovenije.
Potrebna so dejanja. Umaknite podpise, zavrnite ACTA.
Tu bomo potegnili črto. Na tem mestu bomo zapustili naše računalnike. Vzeli bomo naše maske in kljubovali korupciji pravne države.
Operacija ANTI ACTA SLOVENIJA v teku.
