Ankle to Knee measurment (ATK) for goalie pads

Instructions on how to measure your Ankle to Knee (ATK) to size Hockey goalie pads. However each manufacturer makes their pads slightly different. There is no universal law ATK X = pad size Y rather it is just a way to compare. While I think this is not the best way to purchase pads, in some situations (buying online) it is the only way to know if it will fit or not. I will try and make an ATK - Pad size reference chart with your help!
