Animal abuse: duct-taped dog could lose large part of her tongue - TomoNews

NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — A Chocolate Staffie Mix found with her muzzle tightly bound shut with electrical tape could lose a large part of her tongue as a result of the horrifying ordeal. Caitlyn lives in the Chicora Cherokee neighborhood of North Charleston. A stray, she was familiar to residents of the neighborhood. Neighbors last saw her on Memorial Day. She wasn’t seen again until about 48 hours later, when she turned up on a neighbor’s doorstep, her muzzle tightly bound with electrical tape.
