Ingredients:
1 scotch eggs
pinch of sea salt
pinch of pepper
Step 1: Slice Your Scotch Egg
Using a sharp knife, slice you scotch egg down the middle so you cut through the yolk.
Step 2: Season
Season both sides of your scotch egg with salt and pepper and serve.
