Android Gingerbread 2.3 Google Chat with Video Install on the Xperia arc

Paul from MoDaCo has created a one-click installer to enable Google Chat with Video on Android phones running Gingerbread/2.3. This has been tested on the Sony Ericsson Xperia arc, PLAY, and Samsung Galaxy S II. However, it should work on ANY Android phone running 2.3.x. Installation requires ROOT. It does NOT wipe your phone or affect contents on your SD card. It WILL reset your Google account information so you have to sign in again once your phone reboots.
