ANALYSIS | AMD REVEALS RYZEN - CRAZY Pricing, Performance, Benchmarks & Architecture

AMD have revealed the Ryzen range of processors, or more accurate, 3 of the Ryzen processors. The Ryzen 7 1800x, 1700x and the 1700 were shown off, each of the CPUs featuring 8 cores and 16 threads thanks to SMT. AMD were keen to point out that in not just pricing but also performance they are able to beat Intel's Kaby Lake 7700K, the 6900K and the 6800K - in either single or multithreaded applications.
