An old ebay razor.

This one came honed in a manner I see quite often. Deep residual scratches polished over thoroughly with what I believe was a series of pasted strops. All of the spine as well as the stabilizer and toe was softly rounded and the razor lacked any sharp angles ,which leads me to believe that it was sharpened on a coarse stone and taken onward with pastes on a giving type strop. (A hanging strop )
