Please read because I worked very hard on this, and the description.
The concept of the video is that our culture puts so much into relationships, like it's a necessity. Our culture forces the idea of someone being out 'mate', and says that if we don't have one, we're at fault and are strange, pathetic, or ugly. We have put so much strain on it, that many lose their jobs, dreams, and even their body, just for temporary pleasure from another who more than often leaves or breaks their heart.
I will be upfront, because I'm tired of hiding. I do believe homosexuality is wrong, but the act. Homosexuals should not be hated, and certainly not by the christian community. If the desire for the opposite gender is gone, why must you seek a mate farther? Why must any of us seek a mate? Isn't God enough? Sure, our human race would not exist without parents conceiving children, but I do not believe we should put so much strain on anyone to find someone else. Paul wrote in Corinthians 7:8 "Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I do."
We become so distracted in finding someone else, we sometimes loose who we are, and that's how I've been feeling for quite awhile. Another point about this video is that you are worth dying for. I believe with all my heart that my Savior and my Lover gave his life for you, so that is why I weep when I see you struggling or thinking you're ugly, or pathetic. You are beautiful! And wonderful! And worth dying for. Many Christians forget to love, and that is our mission, so a very important thing to forget. I cry for those suffering, and those well, but lost and beyond my reach. Nobody is ever too far from God.
You can be forgiven, and that weight you carry, can be carried away. Forget about the past, and don't be afraid of change. I was so afraid, and still am sometimes, but I'm so glad I changed. I'm newer than I was two days ago, and I still learn everyday how to love. If you don't believe in what I believe, there is absolutely no way to force you. I will say I love you though, and I hope you know you're worth dying for.
You're the only one standing in your way. Each and every one of us, we don't have to listen to the nasty things people say about us. We don't have to be sad, we just choose to be. If you are free, then you are free indeed. Get up now, don't sit there. Do something about it, and choose to rejoice if you have been saved. If you have not been saved, you may resent my words, or me. While that may disappoint me a bit, I still respect you and wish you the best. ^^ You're beautifully and wonderfully made,
In the great words of Tim Hawkins- ^^ not about behavior modification its about life transformation
If you would like to converse with me about anything that I said, please feel free to message me. Sorry if any of it sounded like hate, I didn't mean it like that at all, I just wanted to say what was on my mind. Thank you so much for reading, and watching. ^^
